From what I have read on the internet that you don't actually get to download the file but instead you are granted access to it from the flixster website which is why you can't move it to itunes and you can only watch it on devices that can access the internet, so an ipod won't work but an ipad or iphone will. I am VERY upset about this since I already have all the other Harry Potter movies on my ipod and I wanted this one as well, but I won't be buying it from itunes because that is a waste of money. Not sure where you can go to complain about this but I would love to find out.
