I want to be able to plug Massive (regular, trial version) into Ableton Live, (regular, trail version), but I've had no luck. How can I make this work? Original Stratego Game Rules.

So far I've tried going into the Plugin section of Ableton, via the plugin icon on the left side of the screen, but I've only messed things up for myself. Now when I click on that plugin icon, all that appears is a label that says 'Plugin devices', where underneath it is nothing, and I can't get it back to how it was!
How can I get the plugin feature back to it's default state and then successfully plug Massive into Ableton? I use Windows Vista Home edition. Thanks for reading. Under preferences, in the 'file/folder subsection, there is a 'plug in sources' section, make sure the 'use vst plug in system folders' option is on, and try 'rescan plug ins' and see if that sorts it. If not, you might look in your plug ins folder to see if massive.vst is even in there. Thanks for the reply! I did what you said and the 'use vst plug in systems folders' button is set to 'On', and I tried a rescan but nothing shows up.
